By booking a session or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

Studio Use

• Bookings are for studio time only unless otherwise specified.

• Clients are responsible for their guests and equipment.

• Any damage caused during a session will be billed to the booking client.

Payments

• Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

• Prices listed are subject to change without notice.

• Promotions and credits have no cash value.

Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of their recorded content.

• OneStop Studios may request permission to use behind-the-scenes or studio content for promotional purposes.

• Beats, production, and usage rights are discussed separately unless explicitly included.

Liability

OneStop Studios is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen items

• Injuries resulting from misuse of equipment

• Technical issues caused by client-owned gear.

• Client is responsible to cover costs related to damage they incur.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior.

Studio Rules (PLEASE READ)

To ensure a professional and respectful environment, the following rules apply:

• Respect the space, equipment, and staff

• No shoes inside unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• No smoking inside the studio

• No illegal substances on the premises

• Keep noise at reasonable levels outside the studio room

• Clean up after your session

• Guests must remain within booked areas

• Sessions start and end at the scheduled time

Failure to follow studio rules may result in session termination without refund.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking

• All sessions must be booked in advance

• Minimum booking times apply depending on service

• Session time includes setup and breakdown

*Booking ANY session DOES NOT guarantee you will leave with a finished product. However, we will do our best to help you finish your project within the booked time frame.*

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable

• Reschedules are subject to availability

Late Arrivals

• Late arrivals do not extend session time

• Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival

Promotions & Referral Policy

General Rules

• Only one promotion or credit may be applied per session

• Promotions cannot be combined

• All discounts are one-time unless stated otherwise

• Discounts apply to the session total, not hourly rate

• Add-ons (mixing, mastering, stems) are not discounted unless stated

• Referral credits cannot be combined with first- or second-session discounts

First-Time Client Offer

• New clients may receive a one-time booking credit

• Valid for first session only

Second Session Credit

• Second-session credits must be used within 30 days of the first booking

• One-time use

Referral Program

• Referred clients receive $15 off their first session

• Referrers receive $30 studio credit

• Referral program deals may change without notice

• Credits:

  • Apply to future sessions only

  • Expire after 60 days

  • Cannot exceed 50% of a single booking

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred
